We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in civil construction projects to manage end-to-end procurement activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Required Skillset

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of procurement experience in civil construction, real estate, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
  • Proven experience handling procurement for residential and commercial building projects with experience in sourcing construction materials, subcontractors, and project-specific vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications with understanding of BOQ, drawings, estimation, and quantity take-offs.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ERP systems & Zoho will be add on advantage, AutoCAD and project management software knowledge preferred.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction projects with
    sourcing and procuring construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with suppliers,
    subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain an approved vendor database and conduct vendor
    assessments, factory audits, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual conditions while ensuring procurement decisions align with project budgets and cost targets.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and Service
    Agreements.
  • Draft and administer supplier contracts, subcontractor agreements, labor contracts, and equipment rental agreements monitoring contract compliance and vendor performance and coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, and planning teams to understand procurement requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per project schedules and tracking procurement status and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, GST regulations, and
    contractual obligations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Accounts Executive to manage site-level accounting, stores coordination, petty cash management, and day-to-day administrative operations for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the civil construction industry and be capable of independently handling site accounts, vendor payments, material reconciliation, labor records, and administrative activities while ensuring
compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in construction/site accounting.
  • Knowledge of site accounts, stores management, petty cash, and material
    reconciliation.
  • Experience in subcontractor billing, vendor payments, GST, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books.

  • Good analytical, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently at project sites and manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle vendor invoices, subcontractor bills, labour payments, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and track outstanding payments.
  • Manage site petty cash and prepare expense reports.
  • Perform material reconciliation and coordinate with stores for inventory records.
  • Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and cost-control records.
  • Assist in day-to-day site administration and operational activities.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, quality control, contractor coordination, material management, and project monitoring. Experience in preparing and reviewing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), structural drawings, and ensuring timely project completion is essential.

  • Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for execution.
  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
  • Conduct quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and work measurement.
  • Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
